This Tableau Inventory dashboard gives users a current snapshot into their inventory on hand across warehouses and product categories. Users can see trending, stock status, and top items by 5 KPI’s in the overview tab. In the planning tab, users can track the time until items are out of stock, and see historical purchase amounts along with estimated costs for re-purchasing.
This dashboard is for Inventory managers who need to be able to speak to the current state of their business in an instant. Ultimately, this dashboard will help inventory managers quickly get up to speed on the current state of their inventory, and help them plan for the future.
Info Icon: Hover over the information icon in the upper right corner to show how the key metrics are defined, along with interactivity features, and a note on the date frame of reference.
Filtering: Click the filter icon to filter the dashboard by warehouse. Note that not every item family exists in every warehouse. When finished, click the ‘X’ to hide the filter container again.
Mode Toggle: Click on the sun or moon icons to toggle between light and dark mode.
