What you walk out with

A prioritized, funded intelligence roadmap your leadership team can execute. The kind of output that normally takes a six-week strategy engagement is produced in a single working session.

We can do that in a day for one reason: we don’t start from a blank whiteboard. Before we’re in the room, we’ve already built a use case library specific to your business. Who should be in the room

This is a decision-making session, which means it only works with the right people around the table at the same time. The prioritization you’ll leave with requires three kinds of authority, and it’s only as good as the seats you fill:

  • The P&L owners (CEO, COO, business unit leads, and the finance, operations, or product executives who own the outcomes at stake): because every use case gets ranked against real economics, and only they can say what a decision is actually worth
  • The platform owners (CIO, CTO, VP of Data or Engineering): because a roadmap you can’t build is a wish list, and they’re the reality check on what’s feasible and in what order
  • The AI agenda owners(whoever drives AI strategy, use case selection, or the intelligence roadmap today): because they carry the context on what’s been tried, what’s in flight, and what’s already been promised

The output is a single prioritized roadmap your leadership team agrees on and alignment made in the room is the part that’s almost impossible to manufacture afterward.
