How it Works
Our AI Call Summarization solution leverages large language models hosted on Amazon Bedrock to transform raw video session transcripts into concise, insightful summaries. The process begins when transcripts from video tutoring sessions are uploaded to an AWS S3 bucket. This upload event automatically triggers an AWS SQS queue, which initiates the summarization workflow.
A series of AWS Lambda functions then processes the transcripts. These functions apply sophisticated AI feedback and evaluation models to identify and extract key discussion points, ensuring the resulting summaries are both accurate and contextually relevant. The summarized content is streamed through Amazon Kinesis Firehose, making it readily accessible to end users in near real-time.
