Amazon Bedrock is an AWS service that gives developers access to foundation models through a single API for building generative AI applications. Both hands-on demos in this workshop use Bedrock.
A RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) chatbot answers questions by retrieving relevant information from your own documents and passing it to a language model, so responses are grounded in your data. The workshop demonstrates a RAG chatbot for customer support built with Bedrock.
The workshop includes two hands-on lab demos: a RAG chatbot for customer support with Bedrock, and Contacts AI, which uses Amazon Textract and Bedrock. Amazon Textract is an AWS service that extracts text and data from documents.
The workshop pairs generative AI use case identification with an enterprise readiness discussion and assessment. Attendees leave with next-step recommendations for advancing to more complex AI
