Our recruiting and hiring process is focused on finding people to join our team who are humble, hungry, smart and aligned with our core values. We have always been more focused on investing in the growth and long-term development of our team over short-term profit. One demonstration of our commitment is we’ve developed a robust technical training program that all of our new consultants complete in their first several weeks at phData.
Our unifying rallying cry at phData is customer success. We live this out every day by encouraging and embracing collaboration. To us, collaboration and knowledge sharing aren’t just buzzwords.
