Order.co’s operations team manually placed orders across dozens of vendor websites with brittle RPA scripts and human fallbacks — an approach that couldn’t scale to their $1B annual purchasing volume. phData built browser-based procurement agents using Claude on Amazon Bedrock with Playwright MCP for browser control. The agent logs in, builds carts, checks out, and validates orders across diverse vendor sites — including navigating CAPTCHAs and unexpected checkout flows.
